For this project I was tasked to pick a transcript, and design three different publications using three different perspectives on that one piece of text. I chose a speech that Winston Churchill read during the war called ‘We Shall Fight On The Beaches’

1st Perspective 

My first perspective was designing it in the era, using imagery that the solider, the public and Churchill himself saw. Taking on a very serious tone.

2nd Perspective 

My second perspective was the fight on the beaches that we have to do in the 21st century to clean up plastic. All based around the idea if plastic pollution. Again a rather serious take on it. 

3rd Perspective 

My last perspective was taking the situation that happened in may 2020, when people flocked to the beaches during the Covid-19 situation. So again bringing this speech in the 21st century, while having a rather playful feel to it.
